“Where you want, when you want”

Are you licensed to transport my horses?
Yes, we are a fully licensed Motor Carrier for all the lower 48 states and most of Canada.  Our Motor Carrier number #439057 and our DOT number is #1050548.  Our drivers are fully licensed CDL drivers and meet all Federal Motor Carrier Certification requirements for driving horses and livestock.

Are you insured to transport my horses?
Yes, we are fully insured to transport horses and their accompanying equipment.  We can provide you with a “Proof of Insurance Certificate” at your request.

What do I need to provide?
·        Current (less than one year) negative Coggins (EIA) Test
·        Valid Health Certificate – required for all horses crossing state lines – valid for 30 days.
·        Any specific dietary or medicinal needs must be addressed at time of booking and confirmed prior to loading.

What type of trucks will my horse be traveling on?
We have a number of different all air-ride trucks and trailers depending on your specific needs.  Please click here to view our equipment.  We will work with you to ensure your horse or horses receive the safest ride possible.

Do you charge extra for equipment or tack?
We fully expect every horse to travel with a reasonable amount of equipment and include that in the price of shipping your horse.  However, if you have an excess amount of equipment, we will handle that on a case by case basis.

How do I pay for my horse transportation?
We accept checks, cash, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  Payment is required at time of shipping prior to unloading any horses or equipment.  We will discuss and confirm payment options at the time of booking.  A $50.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

How often do you stop to check on the horses?
The drivers stop every 3-4 hours to physically check on the well being of the horses.  Hay nets are refilled, and the horses are offered water at that time.  If horses are traveling in a box stall, they will always have a hanging water bucket in their stall.  However, your horse is always under the watchful eye of our driver with our closed circuit video surveillance system.
